This exceptional property offers the discerning
traveler complete privacy, luxury and service. Set
within lush landscaping with fragrant gardens, its
grounds are bordered by the ocean on three sides.
It is just steps to a very private, white sand beach.

Very stylish furnishings and accents include Italian
pieces and are found throughout the property. The
especially spacious living area gives panoramic
ocean and spectacular sunset views. Each of the
five bedroom suites commands an ocean view, is
perfectly appointed and dressed, and has a
granite bathroom. A sixth bedroom is available on
request. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and
equipped with ceiling fans.

Elegant dining at Exclusivity may be enjoyed
indoors under a Murano glass chandelier, or on
the forty-foot covered terrace overlooking the pool
and the ocean. The French chef will prepare
menus on request, and service includes catering
to intimate dining in your bedroom suite.

The heated Olympic size swimming pool is placed
to overlook the ocean, its terrace set with
cushioned chaise lounges and umbrellas. Two
stunning granite bars, one indoors and one
poolside, are serviced by a bartender.

The property's amenities also include a state-of-
the-art music system throughout, fitness center,
and tennis court with spectator seating and
lighting for night play.

Exclusivity's staff of fifteen are highly trained and
discreet. Meal plans are included in the rates, all
prepared by Exclusivity's talented chef, Jean Luc.
Staff is on premises from 7:00 am until 11:00 pm.
Additional hours can be arranged and will be
charged on a per hour basis. Twenty-four hour
security is provided.

The property includes a licenced helicopter
landing pad, with transfers from St. Martin
available on request.

The services of a masseuse, personal
fitness trainer, secretary and nanny are
available at additional rates and by prior
arrangement.
Please inquire for rates that apply to a sixth
bedroom available on request.
A 2-week minimum stay is required during
the Christmas/New Years holidays.

Child Policy:
Children under 10 years of age welcome by prior
arrangement. Nanny may be required.
