L'Oasis is, in our opinion, one of the most
luxurious private villas available on St. Martin. This
villa is without a doubt for the most discriminating
traveler. Striking Mediterranean styled architecture
and very stylish interiors create a truly luxurious
and exotic ambiance that will please our most
sophisticated clients.

The primary terrace lies just below the bedroom
gallery and offers a large private swimming pool,
chaise lounges, and stunning views. Located just
off this area is an air-conditioned fitness room and
spa equipped with multi-station Universal system,
treadmill, an elliptical, free weights, television,
exterior Jacuzzi, massage room with two tables, a
manicure/pedicure area, bathroom with steam
room and shower.

A short walk and some steps lead to the sands of
Baie Rouge Beach. Here guests enjoy the luxury of
a second swimming pool, mosaic tanning bed
and beach pavilion with seating, shower and
stereo.

The interiors at L'Oasis are a multi-cultural mosaic
of Indonesian and Moroccan art and object d'art.
Oversized primitive pottery and palms are set on
coral stone floors and striking fabrics cover
luxuriously comfortable furniture. Adjacent to the
main living and dining area is an air-conditioned
media room and second living area. The living
area has a powder room and opens to an al fresco
dining terrace with striking ocean views.

The kitchen is well appointed with all major
modern appliances, including six-station stove,
double oven, custom cabinetry and granite
countertops. As well, a washer and dryer are
located on-site for your convenience.

Five air-conditioned bedrooms are all accessed off
a long covered gallery. While the master bedroom
is especially luxurious, each bedroom offers exotic
furnishings, well chosen art, oversized armoires,
and dramatic ensuite bathrooms with walled
gardens and outdoor showers. A smaller, sixth
bedroom is also available. All bedrooms are
equipped with a television and VCR, intercom,
telephone, valuables safe, and hair dryer.

The staff at L'Oasis includes caretaker, maid (6
days per week), and gourmet French chef. L'Oasis
sets a new stardard for luxury villa rentals on St.
Martin.
