Villa at the Top, St. Barts
This absolutely stunning and elegant villa has the
distinction of being located on the highest vantage
point on the island of St. Barths. From the many
terraces, one can enjoy the views of the rugged
island landscape, a picturesque bay, and distant
islands in the turquoise sea.
Beautifully and tastefully furnished throughout, Villa
At The Top offers both comfort and elegance. All of
the rooms in the villa feature high, wooden
beamed cathedral style ceilings, deep, plush
sofas, wicker and rattan furniture offset by marble
and glass tables. The colour schemes are bright
yet quietly subdued. The main living area and
dining area open onto a large covered tiled terrace.
Off this terrace is the beautiful navy blue-tiled
swimming pool. Steps down from this area lead to
a wooden open air patio, where one can sun or
enjoy drinks while watching the spectacular
Caribbean sunset.
Each of the villa’s 5 bedrooms are beautifully
appointed. The master suite faces onto the
swimming pool, and enjoys the natural privacy of a
tree covered cliffside. The master suite is
equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fans, and a
private en suite bathroom. It is fitted with a bamboo
four- poster, king-sized bed. The remaining 4
bedrooms are individual private “chambres”
reached by landscaped paths and stairways that
meander up the mountain. Each of these
chambres offer total privacy. They are also
equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fans, and
private en suite baths. Three of the chambres are
fitted with queen-sized beds. The remaining
chambre is fitted with an oversized queen bed. All
of the bedrooms feature an open concept, as they
step out to private terraces with incredible views.
A modern, beautiful American-style kitchen,
complete with microwave, dishwasher, and all
culinary amenities makes preparing meals a
breeze. Chef and catering services may be pre-
arranged.
The staff at Villa At The Top is comprised of a maid
and a gardener. The maid works daily from 9:
00am to 12:00pm. The gardener tries to schedule
his work when the guests are not in residence.
It is a 3-minute drive to beautiful Saline Beach.
Shopping and restaurants are a 3-minute drive
away in St. Jean. Gustavia, the main town, is
approximately 15 minutes away, where you will
find excellent shopping at Cartier, Hermes, Ralph
Lauren, and Versace to name a few. It is an
approximately 5 minutes to the international airport.
