This lovely villa is found at the base of one of many
valleys, rich with cultivated fields, amid the
surrounding Maremma countryside. This area of
Tuscany extends to the Tyrennian coast, and from
Alfamagia, the beautiful sandy beaches of
Argentario and Capalbio, are a short half hour
drive.
The villa's location offers evening breezes and
country peacefulness. It has been renovated,
incorporating the ruins of an antique farmhouse. It
is furnished for year-round living. All windows offer
panoramic views, and from the ground floor living
area, French doors open to the pool and garden
seating for al fresco dining.

fireplace and French doors opening to pool area;
dining room with large kitchen area; from kitchen,
small portico and furniture for outdoor dining;

bedrooms (convertible to doubles), each with
