Casa Miami is a luxurious, contemporary
five-bedroom villa located in the exclusive area of
Guadalmina Baja, which is famed for its large
private residences and is one of the most
prestigious urbanisations in Andalucia. The villa
was originally built and furnished by a leading
local interior designer and is therefore of superb
quality with incredible attention to detail and
design. The villa is a 5 minute walk from the beach
and is situated in its own private gardens with its
own pool offering complete seclusion, whilst being
only 5 minutes drive from a comprehensive
shopping centre.
Located in the exclusive area of Guadalmina Baja,
only a short drive to Estepona, Puerto Banus and
Marbella. Casa Miami is ideally located 5 minutes
walk to the beach and a 5 minute drive to a good
selection of shops and restaurants.

Casa Miami has a uniquely designed heated
swimming pool with central island and palm tree
and is lined with natural rocks. The pool has a
beach-effect at one end so gently slopes into the
shallow end and is ideal for paddling. At the deep
end is a rockery with established shrubs and a
waterfall feature. In the gardens you will also find a
hot tub for six people and a large fishpond with lots
of fish and friendly terrapin. The large marbled
terraces offer plenty of shade and there is a large
table situated outside for alfresco meals (seat 12)
and a comfortable seating area with bamboo
sofas and chairs. You will find an array of sporting
activities, including tennis, golf and watersports
within easy driving distance from the villa.
On the Upper floor you will find a private study with
desk, telephone, fax and internet connection for lap
top use and the house provides satellite television.
Upon arrival your villa will be pre-stocked with an
initial supply of sundry items. These include a food
arrival pack, cleaning supplies and detergents.
2 x Double bedrooms, both en suite, located on
the ground floor. 1 x Master bedroom en suite
bathroom with jacuzzi bath and 2 x double ensuite
bedrooms are located on the upper floor.
Maid service 5 times a week is included.
