Elounda Gulf Villas, Crete
Elounda Gulf Villas are a collection of exclusive
villas dotted over a hillside, with either one, two,
three or four bedrooms with fabulous sea views
across the picturesque Gulf of Mirabello. Privately
owned and family run, member of the “Small
Luxury Hotels of the World”, and voted “Greece’s
Leading Villas” by World Travel Awards, they have
been modelled on traditional Cretan style, yet each
one has been uniquely and meticulously designed
with its own distinctive character - no two
bedrooms, lounges, bathrooms, kitchens nor
swimming pools are alike! There are fourteen
villas to choose from, including the spectacular
Royal Spa Villa, and we would be delighted to

you to help you choose your ideal one.
A 45 minute transfer from Heraklion airport, the
Elounda Gulf Villas stand majestically on the
hillside overlooking the gulf of Mirabello.
Each villa features 1 - 4 bedrooms and 2 - 4
bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, dining room,
living room, private swimming pool (some
seasonally heated) with Jacuzzi and spacious
terrace with wooden sun beds and umbrellas.
The new Superior Spa Villas have one master
bedroom with en-suite bathroom but also the
flexibility of turning the living room area into a
bedroom with up to 2 extra beds and bathroom. As
Spa Villas they offer a large infinity seasonally-
heated private swimming pool with in built Jacuzzi
and jet for swimming against the stream but also
private sauna, steam bath and gym room.
The Royal Spa Villa (approximately 350 square
meters) - 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, fully
equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, sauna,
gym, steam bath, swimming pool (seasonally
heated) and two in-built Jacuzzi tubs.
Children are not accepted in the Royal Villa but are
welcome in all other villas, please note they must
be supervised at all times in and around the pool
area.
All private villas have high speed internet access,
satellite television, DVD player and a CD player
and boast private swimming pools (with jet
streama nd Jacuzzis). Some of these are quite
breathtaking and have the illusion that they flow
directly into the sea (please note the swimming
pools are saltwater, some are seasonally heated
and barbecue's can only take place with the
presence of a staff member.
All guests have complimentary access to the Elixir
Gallery with a gym room (equipped with treadmill,
exercise bicycle, abdominal lower-back bench
etc.), a sauna and an outdoor heated Jacuzzi,
steam bath and massage room. The nearest
sandy beach is located 2.5 km away in Elounda
village where many activities are on hand such as
water-skiing and windsurfing. Tennis is also
available nearby. To enhance your stay even more
and experience Cretan cuisine, make sure you
reserve a table at the property's exquisite a la carte
restaurant which offers both international and
Mediterranean dishes as well as a separate
childrens’ menu. Alternatively, the resorts of
Elounda and Aghios Nikolaos are both only a short
drive away, where you may sample local culinary
delights. Car rental is highly recommended and
there is a car park on the resort.
Upon arrival your villa will be pre-stocked with an
initial supply of sundry items. These include a food
arrival pack, cleaning supplies and detergents. All
guests receive a complimentary bottle of wine,
fresh fruits and flowers. Honeymooners are
offered a complimentary candlelit dinner during
their stay (beverages are not included).

Aegean Villa - One master bedroom with en suite
bathroom and king size bed, two further bedrooms
with two twin size beds each, sharing a bathroom.

Presidential Spa Villa - Three master bedrooms
with en suite Bathrooms, one with king size bed
and two with two twin size beds. These villas also
have a Gym Room, Sauna, Steam Bath and Jet
Stream in the pools.
Executive Spa Villa - Two master bedrooms with
en suite bathrooms, one with king size bed and
the second with two twin size beds. These villas
also have a Gym Room, Sauna, Steam Bath and
Jet Stream in the pools.
Royal Spa Villa - The Royal Villa (350 sq. m.) is the
top of luxury and features two double and two twin
bedrooms, all en suite with whirlpool bath and
Turkish bath plus dressing room. There is a
sauna a Gym room and a large swimming pool
(17,5M x 4,5m) with two Jacuzzis.
Maid service is provided each day, excluding
Sunday. A chef can be arranged at an additional
charge, please contact reservations for further
information and prices.
