excellently situated for the centre of Cannes and
the Palais des Festivals. A view of the sea can be
glimpsed through the palm trees. Recently
refurbished throughout, the villa reflects an

Set in private grounds 10 minutes drive to the
centre of Cannes and the beach and 30 minutes
drive from Nice airport.
1 x double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, 2 x
twin bedrooms, with shared bathroom, Studio with
access from either the villa's living room or from an
independent entrance in the garden, it has 2
single beds, shower room and a kitchenette. The
main house has a large living room with fireplace
and doors to a terrace, large sitting area with TV,
satellite and video, dining room, kitchen and
laundry room.
The private garden is laid to lawn with a herb
garden, flowers and mature plants in abundance.
There is plenty of space for sunbathing and
relaxing by the pool and a covered outside dining
area adds to the charm. With its close proximity to
Cannes it is ideal for a family, coastal holiday.
First Floor - Master bedroom with queen size bed
with ensuite bathroom (bath and shower),
dressing room and doors to terrace.
Second Floor - 2 x twin bedded room (one with
terrace), sharing a bathroom.
